Moving Heads crafted a stunning experience for Bajaj Finserv in Amsterdam that was attended by over 400 company partners and the top management. Hosted in March 2016, the programme was highly appreciated for its tailor-made décor and tech solutions.
As it was a multi-agency pitch; the quality of cost-effective solutions proposed by Moving Heads got them the mandate. Commenting on the agency’s role, Farhan Ali, CEO, Moving Heads said, “As the client was looking at a very high experiential value in an European destination, our primary task was to make a good deal of research on the most happening cities with an event infrastructure permitting a grand and innovative style gala evening, as long as interesting and non-ordinary cityscape for an itinerary to remember. Post creating an exciting agenda and cost-efficient planning, we managed end-to-end delivery including ground operations, hotel management and the event part itself."
The gala dinner started with an exciting point of the MC arriving on stage in a hot air balloon that came out as a total surprise to the audience and launched the evening on a high energy note. Special effects in a form of the rain curtain and the real fountains also brought an unusual touch.

Speaking about the proceedings, Farhan said, "Having arrived in the city, all the guests boarded the canal boats and sailed towards the hotel, which had its own separate wharf. Post the check-in, the group had a unique chance to marvel at the picturesque Amsterdam lanes and canals from 3 different perspectives: in a boat, on a tram and by bus. The day was concluded with the welcome party happening in a real greenhouse - full of flowers, exotic plants, ponds and fountains. The concept was about creating the tulip festival in winter and this with under 10 degrees temperature outside. Next day, the group visited the Heineken beer factory where everyone could see how the brewing process works and try their luck in some interactive games."
In the evening, guests assembled for the awards ceremony and gala dinner with multiple attractions like customized Bollywood fusion dance acts, famous living statue act – often described as the best pantomime act ever, UV act that was conceptualized around the client’s logo. Day after the main event, the group visited Zaanse Schans & Madurodam ; the emblems of Dutch cheese-and clog-making traditions, with picturesque windmills scenery and a miniature of Holland open for visiting.

Adding on the evening's set up and décor, Farhan concluded, "The gala evening venue was a glamorous 40,000 sq. ft. ballroom with hydraulic stage facility allowing the imagination to run wild on the on stage movement ideas. 60 by 15 ft central LED (the largest LED screen in Europe) which was splitting into 4 parts was accompanied by 2 side 14 by 16 ft LED screens. The audience experienced perfect visual spectacle thanks to these and also additional 45 by 14 ft LED screens placed on the side walls of the ballroom. The audio-visual set up did justice to what was happening on stage, with rain curtains, water fountains and pyro effects to name a few.”
