Vibgyor Brand Services recently won a multi-agency pitch to manage and execute LIXIL Annual Conference held at Goa on 4th & 5th April 2016. The two-day event was significant as Grohe India and American Standard came together as one family under the ambit of Lixil Water Technology and needed to communicate the same message to all the partners & employees that it is now truly global. While the achievements of last year were cherished, the strategy for the next financial year was also discussed at the event.

Vibgyor conceptualized and executed the entire event from its name to the technologies used – AV’s created and also the electrifying entertainment. The name & theme given to the event was Connect 2016 and Future Redefined respectively.

Various pieces of technology were stitched together to provide the audience with a seamless experience at this event. All invitations were sent by email, SMS and Whatsapp as digital QR codes. The guests could do a self-check in at the automated registration kiosks placed at the hotel reception by scanning their QR codes. Each person got an automated RFID based registration card which was then used at various places in the conference for identifying the delegates. Lots of technology integration was also done to engage with the attendees, right from an interactive photo wall to entrance welcome using RFID scanners. 

The Event set-up looked stunning with a 270 degree LED watch-out screen made out of more than 2500 sqft of LED panels. In addition to this there were fog screens, interactive curtains and multiple LFD monitors. A customized anthem was also created beforehand for the company as well as a powerful launch AV was shown multiple times during the event. The product display was set-up in the adjacent hall showcasing more than 60 product designs complete with function working prototypes.

Just as the day was power packed with content and technology, the audience were treated to electrifying entertainment during the evening by EKA band as well singer Jyotsana Navandar. Emcee Kubra Sait played the lovely host of the event giving out awards to the various channel partners in an Oscar like award ceremony.
