Ferriswheel Wins The Pitch for IPL 2016 Opening Ceremony

While the agency has not released an official statement, industry sources have confirmed that Ferriswheel Entertainment has won the multi-agency pitch for the opening ceremony of the IPL T20 2016 scheduled for April 9, 2016 in Mumbai.

In the past two years, Ferriswheel Entertainment has steadily expanded its footprint in the Special Events domain and this win reaffirms the agency's position in the top league. 

While the first match is in Wankhede Stadium, it is understood that the opening ceremony will be held at DOME@NSCI. This could perhaps be a reaction to the havoc that the untilmely rains caused last year in Kolkata.
