Hexagon Events managed the 2015 SKF Premium Club Awards on February 18-19 at SKF College Campus in Pune. The 2-day event had a gathering of over 1000 guests that included SKF's internal and shop-floor employees.
Day 1 was for ‘All India Internal Employee Recognition’, and was attended by around 500 internal employees along with their families. UK-based iPad Magician Keelan Leyser and Mumbai-based Fictious Dance Group, Kings United were the LIVE quotient of the event.

Day 2 focused on ‘All India Shop Floor Employee Recognition’, and had over 250 shop-floor employees. Marathi actress Amruta Khanvilkar delivered a sizzling dance performance, along with Kolkata-based acrobat duo Tinku and Avijit.

On the awards' setup and execution challenges, Clayton Aranha, Head Operations, Hexagon Events said, “The setup included a multi-screen LED with a customized content during both the days. We also had a special photo booth, where guests were given instant photo jackets. One of the key challenges was to make customised content; since the entries were not finalised, we had to turn around the entire content in a span of 2 days. Another major challenge was that it was an outdoor event with windy environment, hence we had to ensure safety and take proper reinforcement for all structures."
