Hexagon Events Manages Kansai Nerolac’s 3-City Dealers’ Meet With Rituparna, Huma & Lauren

Hexagon Events was appointed to manage and execute Kansai Nerolac’s 3-City Dealers’ Meet that kicked off from the second week of December 2015. Around 300 dealers attended each of the meet that concluded in February 2016 with an objective of unveiling Kansai Nerolac’s new variant in the ‘Pearls Emulsion Paints’ category.
The entire multi-city event was put together by Hexagon Events, who has been handling Kansai Nerolac activations and events for over for over a decade now.
Kansai Nerolac’s first Dealers’ Meet was held on December 11 in Kolkata, where Rituparna Sengupta was roped in to talk about the new product launch as well as interact with the dealers. The second meet was hosted on January 10 in Chandigarh with Huma Qureshi; followed by a meet in Delhi with Lauren Gottlieb on February 12, respectively. Few dealers from each city were felicitated for their achievements at Kansai Nerolac. In addition to this, the dealers also got photo opp with these Bollywood beauties.
The Chandigarh meet concluded with a LIVE performance by Punjabi singer Sherry Mann, whereas the Delhi one had an electrifying act by a playback singer Vipin Aneja.
On planning Kansai Nerolac’s 3-city Dealers’ Meet, Nisha Pinto, Manager Client Relations, Hexagon Events said, “The brief was to launch the new variant of Nerolac Pearls in the Ultra Washable Emulsion category. As an event agency, our role was to conceptualize, plan and execute the entire walk through of the event. From booking the venue to the celebrities and to the setup, we were responsible for the entire execution of the event.”
Further elaborating on the event’s setup, Pinto added, “We created special demo paint panels in order to deliver a first-hand experience of the newly launched product. As the concept revolved around 'pearls', we especially created a large-size product cut-out, right in the center of the stage, with screens on both the sides, along with backlit circles to look like pearls.”
