Brandwidth Events conceptualised and executed Allianz Global Assistance’ first ever Annual Day on Jan 20. The daylong event took place at The Leela, Gurgaon and was attended by 250 employees. Organised to boost morale and reward employees for their hard work, the event was a mix of celebration and drama.
Ashwin Juneja, CEO, Allianz Global Assistance inaugurated the show with the lighting of the lamp which was followed by a message to take AGA to 3 Billion in 3 years. The event was organised keeping in mind the four core values of AGA – Responsibility, Connection, Excellence and Caring.
Next, a lighter mood was created as employees walked the ramp flaunting a mix of Indian and Western attire. AGA recognised the stars of the company by giving awards, recognising their hard work and contribution towards the organization. Two kinds of awards were given to employees - Star of the Year Awards and CEO Awards.
The highlight of the second part of the evening was ‘Allianz Got Talent’. Employees from different teams were encouraged to showcase their talent which included singing, dancing and mimicry. Contestants auditioned for three judges and a studio audience, and a selected few performed and had the audience grooving.
The event was hosted by Sanchali Arora, while the band Desi Roots took centre stage at the end of the evening, belting out popular retro and Sufi rock tracks to an enthusiastic audience.
On the success of the event, Supriya Rehil, Senior Manager – HR, AGA remarked, “Team Brandwidth understood the concept and executed it remarkably. They helped recreate the AGA environment - one of the best places to work at.”
Speaking about the event, Suhana Sethi, Senior Manager, Brandwidth Events said, “Right from the initial brief, it was ensured that the thought process was focussed on meeting the client’s expectations. We managed to pull off an exuberant show.”
The event in Gurgaon was attended by 250 employees and included a fashion show, talent show and the handing out of awards.
