Wizcraft Make In India Week Viraf Sarkari

Wizcraft surely seems to be the favourite event agency of the central and state governments when it comes to elements in the Make In India campaign. And the story continues with the Make In India Week hosted by the Mahrashtra Government in Mumbai, starting February 13.

We also already know that they are managing the official inaugural ceremony of the Make In India Week at The Dome, NSCI, on Feb 13 at 5:30 p.m. Viraf Sarkari, Director, Wizcraft, elaborates, "The inauguration / opening ceremony will be a brilliant fusion and showcase of Indian culture, industrialisation, and technology."

PM Modi will be in attendance and will make a formal address at the Inaugural ceremony. Also in attendance will be Prime Ministers from other countries like Finland and Sweden and ministers, dignitaries and industrialists from India and abroad.

"Later the same evening, at 8:00 p.m., Wizcraft is managing the Chief Minister's (of Maharashtra, Devendra Fadnavis) Dinner at the Turf Club, which will also play host to the PM of India and visiting PMs,along with other dignitaries," said Sarkari.

On Feb 14, from 7:00 p.m. onwards, Wizcraft has conceptualised and is managing the Maharashtra Night at the Chowpatty Beach. This event will see a showcase of Maharashtrian culture and entertainment, with a Ganesh Vandana performance by Hema Malini, a poetry recital by Amitabh Bachchan, performances by folk dancers of Maharashtra, and a special act on the Coronation of Shivaji. This will be followed by Bollywood performances by Sonakshi Sinha, Aditi Rao Hyadri, and Vivek Oberoi. Shalmali Kholgade and Pritam will also be performing and there will be a finale act by Ajay & Atul, along with a Lazer show.

"Guest celebrities at the Maharashtra Night include, Shahrukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Katrina Kaif, Siddharth Roy Kapoor and others," added Sarkari.

"On Feb 16, we are putting together a Fusion Music Concert at the Brandra Fort, and on Feb 17, we have conceptualised and are managing a massive Fashion Show at the Prince of Whales Museum."

The Fashion show will showcase Maharashtrian Fabrics through collections by Anju Modi, Neeta Lulla, Shaina NC, and Vikram Phadnis.
