Auto Expo Tata Motors Hero MotoCorp Wizcraft Showtime Group

NDTV's CNB has been hosting the Auto Expo Excellence Awards each edition at the show. Amongst many acknolwedgements, there are 3 in particular, given away to the Best Pavilions under varied categories and 1 given away for the most Interactive (Engaging) Display. This year, the TATA Motors Pavilion bagged the Best Pavilion (4 Wheeler), this booth was managed by Wizcraft for TATA. The Hero MotoCorp Pavilion bagged the Best Pavilion (2 Wheeler), this booth was manage by Showtime. The Mahindra and Mahindra booth won Best Pavilion (Commercial Vehicles) and Hyundai was acknowledged with the Most Interactive Display; this pavilion was created and managed by Encompass.

TATA Motors had the largest display at this year's expo and featured some great crowd pullers including a personalisation centre where customers could create their own designs. Katrina Kaif was present at the launch of the Jaguar XE, enhancing the buzz in this pavilion.

This is the second consecutive time that Hero MotoCorp bagged the Best Pavilion in the 2 Wheeler category. The overarching theme of HMCL’s display at the 2016 Auto Expo is ‘Greenovation’, reiterating HMCL’s commitment to develop innovative technologies for a sustainable tomorrow. 

The highlight of the Hero Greenovation pavilion is the massive ‘Green Wall’ consisting of over 8000 live plants. Nurturing a culture of innovation in the country, the pavilion features an installation, called the ‘Kinetic Wall – Engineering Art’. The installation is developed by a group of young IIT Roorkee students. Making brand customers, fans the real ‘Hero’, HMCL pavilion displays their interesting thoughts, selfies, and pictures on a large heart-shaped installation. 

In addition, the Hero pavilion provided numerous engagement opportunities for the visitors, together with stunt zones, wheelie machines, RFID integrations, Instagram anti-gravity booth and 360 degree immersive video experiences at the stall. 

The Hyundai pavilion featured a ‘Time Freeze Selfie’ experience, set up right beside the the centre-fold display of Hyundai N 2025 Vision Gran Turismo Concept. The ‘Racing Motion Simulator’ and a first of its kind, mind racing game added to the experience. Integration across all digital and social platforms wereprovided with quick registrations through RFID.

These acknowledgements were presented by CNB Auto Expo Awards. Additionally Hyundai Motors Pavilion by Encompass, won the 'Best Interactive Display' and Mahindra won 'Best Commercial Vehicle' Pavilion
