Souk Exhibition Live On Stage

Live On Stage managed the Souk Exhibition at CCI, Mumbai on Feb. 6. Open to the public, the exhibition featured 55 stalls of high profile members of CCI Club showcasing designer clothing, jewellery, arts and craft items and more. Fashion designer and politician Shaina NC was present as chief guest. The exhibition opened at noon and wrapped up just before midnight. Over 3000 people attended.

This is the first Souk Exhibition organised at CCI, and the CCI Committee plans to develop this into an annual property.

Live On Stage was responsible for the entire setup and execution, and began work on the setup two days before the event. The theme used for all creatives was ‘of the famous’. Khushroo Kekobad, Owner, Live On Stage said, “We designed and executed the exhibition and food area right from erection of stalls, to fulfilling the different needs of exhibitors to display their products creatively in their individual stalls. Light effects and huge drapes were used to create the appropriate setting. Also, a huge cut out of ‘The Souk’ was placed at a strategic location providing a photo op.”

The exhibitor were all CCI members showcasing their businesses and skills in areas including food, pastry, cakes, jewellery, watches, corporate gifting, paintings, cloth, fashion accessories, 3D printing and more. While some were professional exhibitors, others were showcasing their skills for the first time. There was also a kids entertainment area featuring games, nail art, tattoo artists, etc.
