Prasang Events and Entertainment planned and managed a Wedding for the well known Zaveri Family in Ahmedabad. The wedding took place at Blue Lagoon on Jan 31 and saw over 2500 attendees.
The event décor was based on a Dreamy Paradise theme and predominant colours included white and pink. Customized carpet were used according to the theme in addition to thematic linen and fabric. Life size swans, deer and ostriches used as décor elements in the passage. The entrance featured exotic flowers in vases while the ceiling was covered with white maple leaves.
A Life size installation of a Book at the entry describing the bride was a rather unique element.
Lot of peonies, carnations, roses, hydrangea, cymbidium orchids amongst other exotic flowers were seen across the venue. A huge floral foyer was created especially for the Varmala which was made of cymbidium orchids and carnations.
The Vidhi Mandap was made on similar lines and featured an exquisite chandelier hanging. Peach and Pink table linen looked stunning with table arrangements that were made of wood logs.
There were 3 types of entries planned for the bride and the groom. A Cinderella Chariot entry for the bride to enter the venue, dancing fairies to accompany the bride to the Vidhi Mandap and the groom’s entry on a Sparten Chariot with Tanura dancers alongside.
Foodlink was roped in for catering while entertainment included a performance by Deepak Pandit Symphony. Sanchos from Mumbai was roped in to put up an exclusive Mexican Counter. Additionally, Mumbai based Desert specialist Harsha Kilachand was also flown in to dish out sweet wonders.
Exclusive gold crockery was laid out for the bride and groom’s immediate family. Among the 12-15 different types of cuisines offered at the wedding, the Sri Lankan and Japanese delicacies were the highlights.
