F5 Weddings Executes Mumbai Wedding For Dubai Based Bride & Australian Groom!

You’ve finally found that perfect person to spend the rest of your life with, and being an NRI, you’ve decided to celebrate the most special event of your life back home, a few thousand miles away. What you wouldn’t give to have a best friend, a Jeeves-in-service, who will ensure that your wedding events are so flawlessly executed that they become a perfect space to create heart-warming memories! Right?

When Australia-based groom Avinash and his Dubai-based bride, Bhairavi, were in this predicament, the bride-to-be’s cousin connected them to Mumbai-based F5 Weddings, to streamline the pre-wedding process for them.

Right from shortlisting the best-suited venues, doing a recce of these locations for the couple and advising them of their best choices over video chat, long before they arrived back home, this couple’s wedding experience in India turned out to be a smooth sail.

The wedding invitation captured the essence of their filmy romance. It was a movie reel with clapboard inserts for each event!

The Mehendi was organised at Bhairavi’s home. It was an extremely close knitted function with quirky Punjabi decor. The colour palette was kept Orange and Pink with hanging umbrellas, lanterns, khattias. Garlands of marigold also adorned the venue.

The Sangeet was at The Club in Juhu, Mumbai. The theme was 'Premiere night'. It was a Bollywood style night with a red carpet rolled out to welcome all the guests from all around the world. There were posters of the movie of the bride and groom. There were also some memorabe performances by friends and families from both sides.

The Pheras took place at ITC Maratha Dome Side, Mumbai. The event saw a Vintage theme which featured flowers in cages and the decor was in elegant beiges and lemon yellows.

The bride entered under a beautiful floral chaddar while the groom entered in style on a Vespa.

The Reception was held at the ITC Maratha Ballroom which was themed 'A Tale of Two Continents'.

“F5 brought in a method to our madness,” says Avinash(groom) of 10-month association filled with innumerable mails. 

"We shared our vision for our movie-like dream wedding with F5 Weddings and discussed possibilities on video chat and conference calls, since each of us was based in a different country. In short, we tried to paint a picture of our ideal wedding in the best possible way and F5 transformed this into an artwork which was cherished and loved by both our families and friends,” he added.
