Royal Western India Turf Club (RWITC) in Mumbai and Taj Palace Hotel in Delhi recently hosted a stakeholder engagement event for a new entrant into the Indian Banking Industry. Behind the scenes, Platinum World Events was given the task to manage the evening for a high profile guest list that featured big names from the corporate world including Chairmen and Managing Directors of some of the leading multinational companies. 

Being a platform for the bank’s first engagement with its partners, clients, and corporates since acquiring the license, the event had to bring out what the brand stood for. The new corporate branding was of paramount importance. Platinum expertly overcame these challenges by incorporating subtle yet stylish branding elements into the venue’s décor. The corporate colours were used to build the character of the event and give it a young-vibrant ambiance. A huge marquee of over 20,000 Sq.feet was constructed, keeping in mind possible weather inconsistency. The marquee was ornated with classy paper lanterns hanging from the ceilings. A mix of florals and city colour lighting in the brand hues completed the special look. 

A large space was the prime requirement, as per the long guest list that easily crossed over a thousand. RWITC and the Taj were chosen for Mumbai and Delhi, respectively, after culling out several choices of venues, given the profile and vicinity to the majority of invitees in either city.

Apart from the various presentations on stage, the Shillong Chamber Choir was roped in to entertain the guests. The guests were treated to scrumptious dinning experience that was ably catered by Foodlink. 

Speaking about the successful execution of the event, Birju C Gariba - CEO & Exec. With immaculate planning we were able to not only get kudos from the host corporate, but also from fair amount of invitees who knew us personally, and that is what makes this event really special." 

Held at Royal Western India Turf Club in Mumbai and Taj Palace, Delhi, the event was also the bank’s first engagement with its stakeholders & partners. Shillong Chamber Choir performed for the guests.
