When quizzed on one of the most challenging projects taken up by their company in the last two years and how their expertise helped them achieve the objectives of the project, Manish Mavani, Director, SNL Pro said, “Every year as the crowd increases in number at NH7 so does the fest, to accommodate the fans. With that we face a greater challenge to ensure enough sound coverage across the venue while making sure that sound from one stage does not leak into other stages, disrupting their performance.
Positioning the PA system correctly and fine tuning it are two main ways by which the noise leak can be managed. Another challenge we face is the short changeover times between two stages, which we manage by extensive planning to ensure that all changeovers go smoothly and without a glitch.
Having been part of the show since its inception has helped us in ensuring that it runs as smoothly as ever, despite the growing numbers."
