SRK Celebrates his 50th Birthday with Fans and the Media; Event Managed by Cineyug

Shah Rukh Khan SRK Cineyug Taj Lands End

Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan celebrated his Big 50^th on November 2 at Taj Lands End, Mumbai with the I Am SRK fan club and the media. The event was managed by Cineyug.

Guests were welcomed through a red carpet walkway of caricature portraits of various characters the actor has played. A 3D video of his movies and songs were kept on loop play in the pre-event area.

The evening was hosted by Kubra Sait and included a special act performed by dancers on a medley of Shah Rukh Khan songs, in middle of which he made his grand entrance, leading to cutting of the cake. Stand-up comedian Nitin Mirani entertained the audience, while singer Kamaal Khan performed a few SRK songs live. Finally, DJ Chetas spun the decks, lifting the mood of the evening a notch higher.

Talking about the high points of the event, Mohomed Morani, Director, Cineyug remarked, “A Question & Answer round between Shah Rukh Khan and the media and fans was enjoyed by all, making the evening special. The event also featured a photo op with Shah Rukh Khan himself.”
