The Dubai Property Show organised by Sumansa Exhibitions in association with Dubai Land Department was held at the Bombay Exhibition Centre from Nov 6 - 8, 2015. Opening its doors to the Indian public for the very first time, the 3 day premium real estate exhibition was inaugurated by Ahmad Bin Harib Alfalahi, UAE Commercial & Trade Attaché to India with Bollywood celebrity, Malaika Arora Khan in attendance.
Speaking at the inauguration Malaika commented, “Dubai has been the favourite home away from home for Bollywood celebrities, and for a good reason. Not only does it make great business sense to invest in the emirate’s realty, the glamorous lifestyle of Dubai is a strong motivation as well. The charm of the city lies as much in its chic aura as it does in the cosmopolitan ambience.”
The expo showcased thousands of properties to suit every budget - from luxury apartments and villas to beach properties, furnished apartments and commercial properties. The event also featured free educational seminars by property gurus, low interest rate loans from participating banks, up to 50% finance and other promotional offers.
Open to visitors for free from 11 am - 8 pm on all 3 days, the expo brought 35 reputed property developers from Dubai under one roof and proved be a highly informative and valuable experience for Indians, who have been the number one property buyers in Dubai for past several years. Exhibitors include eminent names such as Falconcity of Wonders, Emaar Properties, Al Hamra Real Estate Development, Jumeirah Golf Estates, Tebyan, Select Group, Nakheel, Dubai Properties, Deyaar Development, Meydan Sobha, Damac Properties, Dubai Sports City, Kleindienst Group and more.
Dubai Land Department was the official sponsor for the event, while Falcon City of Wonders and Emaar were Diamond Sponsors; Al Hamra Real Estate Development and Jumeirah Golf Estates served as Platinum Sponsors; Tebyan as Gold Sponsor and Select Group as Silver Sponsor. Tamleek served as the official Property Transfer Trustee and Knight Frank as official Knowledge Partner.
