Percept Sports & Entertainment organises Canon G Series Printer launch in Delhi

Percept Sports & Entertainment, the Strategic Business Unit of Percept One, recently planned and executed the launch of Canon G Series Printer, at an event held on Nov. 2 at the Hotel Shangri-La, New Delhi. The new range features four models - G1000, G2000, G2002, G3000 of CISS printers.
PSE's 360-degree scope of work encompassed the whole event process, including conceptualization, planning, logistics, arranging, managing food and beverages as well as executing the press event. The event was attended by around 450 people comprising media representatives and Canon dealers.
Speaking on the launch, Kazutada Kobayashi, President & CEO, Canon India, said, “We are honored to host the global launch of the G series of PIXMA printers in India. It is a moment of pride and joy for us. At present in India, the CISS category contributes 28% of inkjet printer sales. Canon is a new entrant into the category but we are excited and bullish about capturing approximately 30% of the CISS market by the end of Dec 2016. With this launch, we aim to strengthen our footholds amongst photo centers, copy centers and SOHO.”
Adding to this, Andrew Koh, Vice President, Consumer, Canon India, said, “The printer industry is evolving at a fast pace and technological innovations are key driving factors to run parallel with the market demands and trends. The PIXMA G Series printers come with many innovations that make photo and document printing easy and convenient. The integrated high yield refillable ink tanks, wireless printing, cloud connectivity, low cost and high quality output are some salient features that the printers assure.”

The product launch in New Delhi was attended by around 150 media representatives and 350 dealers.
