Maximus MICE and Media Solutions Vodafone Vodafone Strike Force 2015

Maximus MICE and Media Solutions conceptualized and executed the Vodafone Strike Force 2015 in Czech Republic and Hungary from Sep. 21 to 26. The trip was organized to celebrate and reward the success of around 100 of the company’s top performers in the Business Services, Marketing & Distribution divisions.

Strike Force was an action packed incentive, right from the Military Camp for Tank Riding & Pigeon Clay Shooting, a dinner cruise at the Vltava River, Segway Ride through Old Town, Beer Hunt around the city of Prague, to a Medieval Show with Dinner, Beer Bike Rally around Heroes Square in Budapest, a visit to the world famous Szechenyi Thermal Spa, and much more. On one day, the group even had three meals in three different countries - breakfast in Czech Republic, lunch in Slovakia, and dinner in Hungary.

For the Gala dinner, the biggest celebration during ‘Strike Force’, the group was taken through the city of Prague in vintage cars to one of the most beautiful venues of the city - the Troja Chateau. This Chateau was restored in the late 1700s for the Counts of Sternburg, and today houses paintings of the 19th century. Here, guests were welcomed by a knighting ceremony with a harpist playing in the background. They then stepped into the Grand Emperor’s hall where their gala dinner was setup. A life size curved LED wall formed the backdrop for the Rewards & Recognition ceremony. Guinness world record-holding bubble artist Matej Kodes performed at the ceremony, while entertainment included local Slovak performances by Extravadansa. Also, keeping the guests entertained through the show was A K Rahman.

The offsite ended with champagne at the highest point in Budapest – the Fisherman’s Bastion at Buda Castle.

Maximus handled all aspects of the offsite including visas, travel & logistics, accommodation, experience design, collaterals, branding, set & stage design, entertainment and hospitality.

The agency managed a similar offsite for the company in 2013 and following the success of this trip, looks forward to partnering with the company on future MICE events. Remarking on the agency’s relationship with Vodafone, Dhanraj Madnani, Assistant Manager – Business Development & Operations, Maximus MICE and Media Solutions said, “The trip ended on a high note, and our relationship with Vodafone has definitely strengthened further. The entire offsite was a huge success, and our work was highly appreciated by the management and all who attended.”

The action packed week for around 100 of the company’s top performers included a ride through the city of Prague in vintage cars to Troja Chateau where a gala dinner and the award ceremony was held.
