All In Events executed LG’s Annual B2B Channel Partner Meet on Sep. 25 at Le Meridien, Bangalore. The event saw LG communicate product information to 120 channel partners.
The conference comprised a simple stage setup with various visual elements to support it. The main challenge for the agency was to create zones for the product display. This was done in various categories such as Commercial TV, Security Control, and Signage.
The event was conceptualized and executed by All In Events after the agency won the mandate in a multi-agency pitch on the basis of its concept and cost effectiveness.
The conference began with presentations by various speakers on the products and their use, along with live demonstrations. Interactive videos were created after every demonstration to further add value. The night concluded with a gala dinner.
On how the event was managed, Sonal Vichare, Client Support Specialist, All In Events said, “The event was a huge success considering the challenges faced prior to the event in terms of the limited time frame we had to create all the product displays and zones. It was a great challenge for us to manage all deliverables in the sanctioned budget. The event also required a good amount of coordination and hard work from the team and associates. It was really special for us, as it was for our client’s clientele. We have been associated with LG for a couple of years now and it is always nice to win a pitch on creative differentiation and executional capabilities and not just costing. We look forward to many more such associations with LG.”
