Moving Heads Reliance General Insurance Annual HR Awards Angela Rebello
Mumbai-based agency, Moving Heads conceptualised as well as executed the Reliance General Insurance Annual HR Awards on Sept. 10 at the Renaissance Hotel, Mumbai. The event was the annual recognition platform for top 300 employees across the company.
The concept combined innovation and grandeur, which was created by transforming the ballroom into a white canvas-like and creating a central ramp with unusual seating for an awards ceremony. The audience faced each other and the ramp was the central stage, while the achievers were walking down the ramp, like true stars of the evening. 5 LED screens supported the visual element so that the audience could enjoy the performances and acts to the fullest.
On winning the bid, Syed Farhan Ali, CEO, Moving Heads said, “Though this was a multi-agency pitch, however their ramp concept along with the transformation of the ballroom as well as the film got us the event.”
“Our task was to make the event special, to show something different and exciting, which would engage all the participants and make them feel emotionally connected to the organisation during this unique day,” he added.
In addition, the event had a development workshop by renowned theater and film artist Asif Basra taking place before the main gala.
The Awards Night commenced with the opening film, which was shot especially for this event. Emcee, Angela Rebello unveiled more thrilling acts, like Jitesh Chawla as PK and drums session by Drum Café. While the final act was Bhoomi Trivedi’s performance, which launched the event’s after party. A very memorable element was 'I love my job' AV starring over 50 Reliance General Insurance’s employees, which was created specially for this ocassion.
“Challenge was to emotionally connect people to the organisation for which we shot a film covering people and their sentiment towards the company; how much they love their job,” concluded Ali.
The gala night had a variety of entertainment acts; starting with Angela Rebello, through energetic Drum Café and Jitesh Chawla, with Bhoomi Trivedi singing as the final act.
