Natura's Aerial Rigging for Nritarutya at PATA Travel Mart managed by Wizcraft

PATA Travel Mart Bangalore International Exhibition Centre Natura

Held annually in September, the 38th edition of PATA Travel Mart was hosted by Department of Tourism, Government of Karnataka, and took place at Bangalore International Exhibition Centre on September 6.

PATA Travel Mart is a PATA signature event and a premier travel trade show in the Asia Pacific region. Wizcraft managed the event and Natura was roped in to rig a flying system for an aerial segment, which was a part of Nritarutya's production. 

Aerialist Shreya Deshpande from the dance group Nritarutya was rigged on the flying system and taken up in air with a huge skirt attached to her, which also went up from all sides and was used as a projection screen during the show!

According to the management of Natura, it was quite a challenge for the team to get the precise position of the cloth and retain its shape for the projection to be accurate, as even slightest of changes would make the projection go off center.
