engage4more Corporate Talent Championship CTC 2015

The grand finale of the 4th edition of Corporate Talent Championship (CTC) 2015 is set to take place on Sept.19 at Sahara Star, Mumbai. The event will also be televised on NDTV Prime over 4 prime time episodes, and has three celebrity judges – film director Subhash Ghai, the lead judge; singing sensation Leslie Lewis; and choreographer Ashley Lobo.

More than 120 companies, and more than 12,000 employees participated in CTC this year. The championship had 3 rounds. In the first round, auditions took place in 150 in offices across 33 cities covering over 12000 auditions. The next round was the Regional Finales which took place in Mumbai (for participants from Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Goa, Baroda and Nashik); Delhi (for shortlisted contestants from Delhi, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Haridwar, Roorkee and Dehradun); and Bangalore (for Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mangalore, Vizag, Ballery, Kochi and Ernakulum). Winners from these regional rounds will compete in the upcoming India Finale.

Over the last 3 years, engage4more has established CTC as a platform to showcase hidden talent and give expression to the passion that has taken a backseat with the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Participants are drawn from companies in various sectors including banking, IT, Pharma and more. Some of these companies include JSW, Mahindra, RBS, Reliance, McDonalds, Capgemini, and Apollo tyres.

This year CTC 2015 has also associated with the #drivesober campaign with its partner Whistling Woods International to spread awareness about the importance of not drinking and driving. Winners will get a chance to work on the short film co-created by CTC 2015 and Whistling Woods International.

CTC 2015 is powered by TVS Wego, in association with ITC Aashirwaad Multi Grain Aatta, Education Partner Whistling Woods International, Prize Partner Fuji Film, Fashion Partner Buckaroo, Talent Partner The Danceworx and Broadcast Partner NDTV Prime. Vendors like sound.com and Dream Factory are also supporting the event.

In addition to this championship, engage4more has also organised CTC Cyber, an online contest which gets participation from across the world. Here, employees can upload videos and get votes from social media. With votes and judges’ remarks, the agency will pick a winner for direct entry to the finale event. This platform has an organic traction of over 2 million.
