Kangana Ranaut launches the Vivo X5Pro for 2000 trade partners

Just a few months after coming to India, Vivo Smartphones recently launched its flagship product, called the X5Pro. Managed by Fountainhead Entertainment, the launch took place at Pragati Maidan and Oberoi Hotel in Delhi.

Fountainhead handled the launch entirely, including hotel management, transportation, artist management, venue, invites, launch concepts, F&B, etc. The creative concept was based on the design inspiration of the phone, the concept thought and theme name inspiring the entire event was ‘Touched by Beauty.’ There was an audience of over 2000 trade partners at Pragati Maidan and hundreds of media members at Oberoi Hotel.

The main event was at Pragati Maidan’s hall which was designed as a piece of abstract art with a creative 3D content mapping surface. The hall was divided into several zones - there was an engagement zone with a curved wall, interactive Lumen zones, several photo zones and a VIP zone. There were also meeting rooms and lazy lounges for Vivo officials to engage with their chief guests along with several bars and food counters around the hall for the ease of audience to wine and dine.

The evening affair started when branded coaches got the dealers from their respective hotels, to the main hall. They were greeted by a cacophony of beautiful acts like the Led Butterfly Girls, the Twin Bubble Act, a mesmerizing fashion show and more. The hall was transformed into a beautiful dome with enthralling performances by Manasi Scott replete with a beautiful customized gown and 3D projection playing upon her as she sang some beautiful numbers to a very excited crowd with professional dancers in LED attire.

The main highlight was the launch of the phone which was done by actress Kangana Ranaut and Vivo’s Global CEO Alex Feng. As a surprise for the trade partners, Vivo also unveiled a ‘specially designed in India V Series of smart phones’ which would be launched alongside the X5Pro.

Commenting on the event, Deeksha Arora, VP & Branch Head – North, Fountainhead Entertainment said: “This was a beautiful event for a beautiful phone and the start of a beautiful relationship between Fountainhead and Vivo. The team worked hard throughout this project and they outdid themselves with the exceptional concept and impeccable production.”

Managed by Fountainhead Entertainment, the launch took place at Pragati Maidan and Oberoi Hotel in Delhi.
