Cream Events manages the launch of Motorola’s new series

Motorola launched the third generation of the Moto G series on July 28 at the Oberoi Hotel in New Delhi. Being a partner for the brand for most of its product offerings, Cream Events creatively conceptualized and executed the launch.

Breaking away from the routine format of regular and business like designs for new offerings, this launch comprised a creative and stylish stage design which highlighted the features of the phone via presentations.

The phone comes with the IPX7 (water resistant) feature to keep safe from splashes and accidental drops in water. Designed to withstand immersion in up to 3 feet of fresh water for up to 30 minutes, this feature was highlighted meticulously in a unique manner by placing the phone inside a water filled container.

A demo zone displaying various other features of the phone was also setup at the venue. The zone was experiential in nature, thereby highlighting and creating live experiences of the product features for the media to experience.

Commenting on the event, a spokesperson from Cream Events said: “From the logistics perspective, the launch plan to on-the-job roles and detailed meetings with the client helped us manage the show in a very efficient manner. All in all, this launch was not only appreciated by the client but by the media too who found the entire ambience to be creative and vibrant in Motorola corporate colours.”

Speaking about the marketing strategy for the product, Marcus Frost, Senior Marketing Director, EMEA and APAC at Motorola Mobility said: “We teased the launch of the phone on social media and we carried the same outdoor and it became a big success.” Happy with the overall launch execution, Frost said: “We are always going to choose the best who can fit the bill and deliver our vision with absolute perfection.”

The various features of the phone were highlighted through presentations and a demo zone.
