engage4more executes Castrol’s ‘Drivers Engagement Program’

The ‘Drivers Engagement Program (DEP) was an initiative taken up by Castrol and was deeply dedicated for the drivers’ engagement and entertainment along with their families at Ramsheth International Sports Complex in Navi Mumbai. engage4more was appointed to organize and manage this grand event with pre-event planning and its execution.
To give a break to the drivers’ busy schedule and also enable them to relish quality time with family, Castrol came up with the property. The concept of the event was to provide safety awareness to the drivers. A safety awareness presentation in the form of a play was recorded and played by the ‘Nukkad Natak Group’ which is a part of Shampa Arts. An interactive session with attendees was enacted upon by the members of the group and experiential knowledge of the same was shared by them to the attendees.
To engage the attendees, several interactive activities were organized. A short game of tongue twister was organized just to jazz up the event. A lucky draw was also a part of the show where in gift hampers were provided to the ones winning the competition. The event ended with a soulful performance by singer Rahul Pandey on various songs from Bollywood and Tollywood.
