Cream Events Adidas Reebok

Cream Events, through a multi-agency pitch, won the mandate to plan and execute five-day trade shows for sports brands Reebok and Adidas at Hyatt Regency Manesar in Gurgaon.

Close to 500 dealers from different parts of the country were flown to Delhi to be a part of the convention, which was followed by online orders for existing and new products. Resonating with the ‘Creating the New’ strategy adopted by these brands, Cream presented an unconventional triangular set design in the center of the ballroom breaking the routine format for these events.

A three-sided projection was placed at a calculated height above the stage. Live streaming of presentations, high-energy graphics along with performances and a triangular ramp to showcase the new collection further complimented the set design and lighting plan. Integration of a few interesting concepts included pre-function zone obstacles and performances by kids and trainers on-stage. These activities helped the brands in re-defining the product’s positioning.

Commenting on the event, a spokesperson from Reebok India said: “This was one of the best trade shows of this stature including the show flow transitions, backstage operations and creativity of course. Be it the delta mnemonic of the Reebok logo or the three stripes of the Adidas logo, the brand look and feel was well brought out in the set designs for both the brands. This is the first time ever that both these brands partnered with only one agency to conduct the trade shows which proved to be a good decision. We look forward to our association with Cream Events for more campaigns and events.”

After winning a multi-agency pitch, the agency executed the five-day trade shows at Hyatt Regency in Gurgaon.
