Motwane Entertainment and Weddings Natura Vaibhavi Merchant Aerial Act
Natura was roped in by Motwane Entertainment and Weddings to incorporate an Aerial Duo Act in a phenomenal production choreographed by Vaibhavi Merchant & team for a Wedding Reception last month at Sudama Farms, Chattarpur, New Delhi.
The act was a flying sequence performed by International Aerial artists Jess from Britain and Yoko from Switzerland who were flown in from Singapore and Goa respectively.
This fabulous act was rigged in the enormous Pendal Hall at Sudama Farms. The running theme of the event was ‘Fantasy.
According to the team of Natura, the main challenge in the show was that the aerialists were used to duo single piece acts and this act formed a small piece in the complete choreography.
Interestingly, this was the first time Jess and Yoko were asked to perform on hindi songs which were difficult for them to comprehend and therefore to recognize the musical cues.
This event saw all natural disasters, from an earthquake to a fire caused by a short circuit to rains and wind storms. Yet, the show went on and that too successfully.
Other artists who performed at the venue were Amit Trivedi and band, Parineeti Chopra, Mansi Scott and Mona Singh and Cyrus Sahukar. Celebrity dancers included Salman Yusuf Khan (Winner of Dance India Dance- Season 1) and Alisha Singh, the Runner up in the same show.
