On April 18, 2015 Salt Experiential Marketing celebrated its first Annual Day after a journey of 27 months and 15 days since the inception of the agency. The event took place at Emerald Farms.

“It was a big day for us and we wanted to make it special for our 80+ employees across Delhi and Mumbai offices, along with their families who with their passion, support and ambition brought us to a point where we have established a formidable reputation in the industry. The result was an undiluted experience, right from pre-event hype to the event roll out. And Salt Stars loved every moment of it!” said Sumit Chandhoke, CEO, Salt Experiential Marketing.

The adrenaline driven night of undiluted fun and celebrations entailed a spell-binding, in-house produced 3d projection sequence played on a massive stage that was over 95 feet wide and 24 feet high.

Video bytes of star performers of the agency recounted the ground breaking journey of Salt. The ‘We Believe’ AV captured the attitude and passion that fuels the spirit of excellence behind Salt’s amazing success.

Especially themed trophies were awarded to all the star performers of Salt in a glittering award ceremony that celebrated and feted their achievement. 

Poppy Jabbal, the face of campaigns like Asian Paints, Tata and Dabur and host for Trendsetters in Zee International, was the emcee for the evening while Bollywood singer Aditi Sharma of ‘Dev D’ fame made the evening even more exciting with her peppy numbers.

Airborne drones filming the entire evening and a 15 minute aerial LED Kite show added novelty to the celebrations. As per the agency, the awards concluded with a spell binding show of fireworks, unmistakably underlining the fact that it’s only fire that works for Salt, nothing else!

“We had been very busy with our back to back event schedules. BPFT, Pernod Ricard Events, Hero MotoCorp, BMW, Metlife etc. It is almost like we have been sprinting a marathon all these months, which is why we could not hold the event earlier. But we realized that we could no longer postpone the Salt Annual Day. Salt Stars are the reason why we have posted such amazing wins within such a short time. So we put our foot down and that’s how this annual day happened. It was completely an in-house effort. The entire show had the Salt stamp of innovation to it,” said Hemant Dahiya, Managing Director, Salt Experiential Marketing.

Space Monkey, a sister concern of Salt Experiential Marketing helped in putting up great AV content, while Scoop was responsible for set up.

Summarizing, Chandhoke said, “You can do without sweet. You can do without food. You can do without water. But you can’t do without Salt. Clients repeat us because we are addictive; we are innovative, quirky and edgy. And Salt Stars believe and embrace this Salt ideology and give it their special flavor through their individual talents and capabilities. We are a high octane mix of experience and passion. And we will be back next year in a bigger, edgier and spectacular outing.”
