Encompass manages the launch of Maybelline’s new collection

On April 16 at Turf Club in Mumbai, Maybelline launched its latest spring/summer collection called The Rebel Bouquet Collection. Encompass managed the launch event, which had make-up artist Elton Fernandez unveiling the collection.
Maybelline and Encompass have an ongoing relationship and the agency has executed several events for the brand in the past. The core objective was to conceptualize, plan, and execute the launch and make the event interesting for the media.
At the event, Fernandes showcased his talent in three summer looks using the new collection.The event was attended by key bloggers like Miss Malini, MISU Consultants, Hesha Chimah, Anam Chasmawala. Writers from magazines like Vogue, Grazia, Elle, Glamourous and others also attended the event.
Encompass delivered physical invites that were exquisite (spring\summer) flowers in an elegant cup and saucer. The media kits consisted of a folder with a branded note pad, pen, CD with product information and press release in a branded pastel designed paper bag. The agency conceptualized the décor and florals for the venue and was also in charge of handover of the products.
Commenting on the challenges faced in execution, Radhika Bubna, Senior Manager - Client Services, Encompass, said: “The toughest challenge is when you’re given a brief to add minimal elements to make the venue look elegant and exquisite. The team accepted this challenge and executed the event gracefully - the event décor was appreciated by all. On that day, we were trending on no.2 on Twitter and were all over social media.”
