Café Infinito in Mumbai witnessed the launch of supposedly the world’s largest corporate contest, Corporate Talent Championship (CTC), Season 4, on April 17.

The initiative of engage4more saw the biggest names in the HR fraternity launch the property along with the singing sensation and CTC 2015 panel judge, Lesle Lewis.

Some of the guests in presence were Pankaj Phatarphod (Managing Director) – RBS India, Prince Augustin (EVP Group Human Capital & Leadership Development) – Mahindra Group, Dr. Tanaya Mishra (Sr. VP, GHR) – JSW, Ajay Nair (CHRO) – Housing.com and many others. Also in attendance were representatives of sponsors and partners - TVS, Sodexo, Buckaroo, Fuji Films and more.

The theme for this year’s CTC is 'Bigger, Bolder and Brighter'. CTC is now planning to incorporate CTC Cyber, an integrated online registrations forum, where participants can now compete online before the grand finale, making the stage open for people all over the world.

CTC will now focus on driving awareness on age, geography, gender and differently abled people into this huge corporate championship.

CTC will start off in May and the grand finale will be held in the month of September, which will be televised on NDTV Prime in October.

There is also a new element of surprise for all the participating corporates this year, which is the rolling trophy for companies. The company which takes into account gender diversity, inclusion of differently abled people and other criteria, will win the grand ‘Spirit of CTC Trophy’.

Commenting on the property, Nishant Parashar, Director, Founder, engage4more, said: "CTC is the flagship IP of engage4more, over the last 3 years CTC has grown by leaps and bounds and has been immensely successful in providing corporate talent with a platform. This year with the Bigger, Bolder, Better promise CTC’15 hopes to bring in greater inclusion, greater gender diversity and greater geographical reach."

Supposedly the world's largest corporate contest, the 4th season of Corporate Talent Championship was launched in Mumbai recently.
