HIL’s Charminar brand concludes its annual three-day meet

CK Birla Group’s HIL Limited (formerly Hyderabad Industries Limited) is a respected name in the building material solutions industry. For HIL’s Charminar brand, an annual offsite cum strategy meet was held at Hotel Novotel, HICC, Hyderabad.

Work Ventures executed the three-day event which was attended by more than 100 employees, including the senior management team from across India to celebrate last year’s sales growth and to felicitate the achievers. Work Ventures won the mandate on the basis of its concept, creatives and theme which was chosen as ‘Power Of V’.

The first day was a low-key affair with a welcome dinner. The second day comprised the rewards and recognition night followed by a gala dinner, which included entertainment by the employees who performed a skit based on the brand ‘Charminar’.

Motivational speaker Amit Bajaj was also a part of the conference, where he shared his experience in a 2.5 hour session on what motivated him to take up dangerous ski travel from the North pole to the South pole.

Commenting on the event, Nikhil Deolia, Director, Work Ventures, said: “We have been associated with HIL Charminar for more than two years now. This is the second consecutive year we have been roped in to execute their annual offsite basis their previous year experience with us. The team worked really hard to make sure that the event is executed flawlessly and we look forward for more such opportunities in the future.”

Work Ventures won the mandate to execute the event at Hotel Novotel in Hyderabad.
