Mercedes-Benz recently kicked off its new customer engagement platform, Luxe Drive, with an aim to provide comprehensive luxury experiences to customers across the nation. Taking place in 15 cities across the country, CS Direkt has been appointed to execute the property.

On Feb. 28 and March 1, the event went to Leisure Valley in Gurgaon. Mass Entertainment. a television production house, was engaged to create content for a TV show on Star World out of this live event for which Kubra Sait was engaged as the show host. The first episode of the show can be viewed in the video below.

The hangar was not only the venue where the shoot took place but was also the showcase area for customers, patrons and dealers of the brand to come and experience the cars and also merchandise. Speaking about the venue, host Kubra Sait said: “A state of the art hangar (with AC ducts) was constructed aesthetically at the venue. Even the toilets were constructed to feel like those found in a high-end vanity van. All this gelled extremely well with the brand's luxury positioning.”

Commenting on the challenges faced, Sait said: “The event made for the content of a TV show, so the execution had the challenges of both a live event as well as a studio show. All the interviews had to be done in one take. We also had to carry on shooting regardless of whether conditions, so even though there was a drizzle I think it was managed well since you don't notice it in the final product.”

Managed by CS Direkt, the live event is going to a total of 15 cities across India.
