Gujarat Tourism is currently holding a celebration at the largest tent city with 375 luxurious AC tents situated in the heart of the Kutch District - The Rann Of Kutch. This three-month celebration, rightly called the Rann Utsav 2014-15, started on Dec. 1 2014 and will conclude on March 5 2015. The spectacular site of a glistening white Rann under the full moon along with various glimpses of Kutchi culture, handicrafts and outdoor activities have made this desert carnival a perfect holiday destination.

A cultural extravaganza that travels to different parts of Kutch, the fair, operated by Lallooji & Sons holds a kaleidoscope to various art forms that reflect and capture the uniqueness of the region. So far, over 20,000 tourists from across the world flocked to the fair.

Lallooji & Sons being the official event company working for this project since 2008, looked after all the aspects beginning with the strategic planning of the event (marketing, on-ground) to the production and execution.

A 550-strong staff has been hired to stay during the event period in the tent city providing efficient hospitality, entertainment, stay and food to all guests. Through this event the organizers promote local Kutchi handicraft which also helps the localities in their employment.
