Asus launches its EeeBook X205 in India

Taiwan based company Asus recently launched its EeeBook X205 notebook in India at Le Meridien, Delhi. After a multi-agency pitch, Think Events won the mandate to execute this product launch.

Building on the client’s brief, Kunal Rathod, Senior Manager - Think Events said: “Since the EeeBook had already been launched at IFA 2014 we had to ensure the quality of the planning and execution of the event matched international standards. The highlight of the product was its upgraded features at an affordable price.”

The set was designed using minimalistic elements keeping it simple yet elegant. To accentuate the product, Think Events concentrated on a more dramatic reveal technique to grab the attention of the guests, using a rotating panel which had four EeeBooks of various colours displayed.  Post the reveal, Peter Chang, Regional Head - South Asia & Country Manager - System Business Group, Asus India shared the product specifications with members of the media. A live demo zone was created for the guests to get a feel of the product.

After a multi-agency pitch, Think Events won the mandate to execute this product launch.
