Total Recall tailors innovative and engaging Offsite for Lenovo HSB Team

Total Recall, head quartered in Bangalore planned, managed and executed Lenovo’s HSB Team offsite in Goa. The event was held in Radisson Blu Hotel from January 21 to 23. Over 120 team members from Lenovo attended this annual meet which included Lenovo team members from all verticals – marketing, sales, finance, support and management.

Total Recall was responsible for conceptualization, communication to execution. The conference theme HSB Bonds 002 was tailor-made keeping in mind Lenovo’s mission for the upcoming quarter.

The conference kick started with a warm welcome at Radisson Blu Hotel and followed by a team building activity in the evening (Firewalk & Glasswalk) which focused on eliminating fear in employees and pushing them achieve the unthinkable. Following, Steven and his band, added delight to the evening with their performance.

The next day comprised of a series of business presentations setting the road map for coming months/year. Several rejuvenation breaks were carefully added in between presentations.

The conference session was followed by a team building activity ‘Raft Building’. The team was sub divided into smaller groups and each member had to build their own rafts, one with the given design and another one of their own design.

After 90 minutes of extensive planning and constructing, the group paddled their raft against each other in the pool. Cheering for their respective teams, eventually all team members jumped into the pool for a cool off during the sunset.

The 2 day evening was something which took all the Lenovo employees by surprise, Total Recall put together a fabulous ‘Gala Night’ at Curlies, a popular hotspot on Anjuna Beach, Goa. The team spent their evening by the beach dancing and lightning up.

Commenting on the event, Cherish Tota, Co-Founder Total Recall, said, “It’s always fun working with Lenovo, as they have very low turn around times, needless to say it becomes exciting to work on their briefs."
