Showtime Group, shortly after managing Nestle’s Annual Sales & Marketing Conference, executed another event for the brand - Nestle Nutrition Commencement of the Year Meet at Hyatt Regency, Gurgaon on Jan. 29. Around 800 delegates of Nestle Nutrition took centre-stage with a conference themed ‘Lakshya - Winning With Purpose.’
It was a unique yet focused theme, keeping in mind Nestle’s vision of good health for all. The theme was revealed through a dramatic sand art performance by Siddhi Yadav. The series of presentations that followed on the massive 100ft x 23ft screen was thematically treated, another departure from typical conference presentations. Several rejuvenation breaks were added in between presentations.
Motivational speaker Anand Chulani addressed the gathering at a high-energy workshop with his inspiring piece on ‘Living Our Purpose.’ Another noteworthy act was the Kids’ Choir, where 12 children from Delhi delivered an emotionally uplifting performance. The evening saw a glittering awards presentation and some power-packed bhangra performances, followed by the gala dinner and two hours of a high-voltage act by band EKA.
Commenting on the event, Akshay Chawla, Vice President, Showtime, said: “Working on two back-to-back events for Nestle posed several logistic challenges but our rock-solid coordination and teamwork ensured that we delivered a flawless event.”
