A golf-like ambience @ Lodha's Channel Partner Meet

Corporate Events managed to pitch and bag Lodha Belmondo's newest project in Pune and successfully executed the company's Channel Partner Meet on Jan. 16 at the Westin Hotel Lawns, Koregaon Park, Pune. The event which took place in the evening, witnessed a strong turnout of 350 people including SME's and Channel Partners. 
Corporate Events formulated creative ideas to bring a Golf-like experience to the event. Westin Lawns was zeroed in as the venue as it represents Golf Space. The huge LED stage setup brought to life the experience of luxurious living at Lodha Belmondo and the agency made Golf plinth on the stage with a signature golf kit. There was also golf putting at the entrance so that CP’s could play it first hand before the event commenced. The hostesses were dressed in golf attire & interacted with the CP’s. The agency also ensured each table was decorated with a fish bowl filled with golf balls and one Bird of Paradise stem. The setup symbolized the ideology of Lodha Belmondo, ‘Closer to nature with the best of the world amenities’.
Commenting on the execution by Corporate Events, a spokesperson at the Regional Marketing Team, Lodha Belmondo said, "The brief was to conceptualize the Channel Partner Meet for 350 SME’s of Pune. Lodha’s newest project's USP was resort living with luxurious golf space and spa amenities. Corporate Events did a fair job of executing the said event in restricted time and it was the first event they executed for us. The team pulled it off well."
Speaking on the occasion, Deepa Vaity, Marketing Manager- MICE, Corporate Events said, "This event was confirmed to us on Jan. 15 and was to be executed a day after in Pune. Logistically, we are very strong in Mumbai and we took all our suppliers from Mumbai to Pune within a timeline of 10 hours and got the setup ready before the event commenced. Our Creative and Operations team worked non stop for 24 hours to coordinate and deliver the right creatives and branding images for the event. Each element in the event was thoughtfully planned and conceptualized and hence required flawless execution from end. Getting permissions for an outdoor event was another big obstacle for us as we had only 24 hours. However, with our strong contacts network across cities in India, we managed it within a framework of 10 hours."

Corporate Events was roped in to execute the meet, which took place on Jan. 16 in Pune and witnessed the attendance of 350 partners.
