Theme Weavers DLF Cyber Hub
Theme Weavers International Pvt. Ltd. was roped in to create the festive ambience of Christmas at DLF Cyber Hub Christams and New Year. The design house was responsible for conceptualization, design and execution of the entire décor.
Their inspiration for this décor idea was ‘The North Pole in Alaska’, the original home to Santa, his nine reindeers and all the elves.
The entry was marked by a 8 feet tall bell, and the five holy angels.
The revolving motion of the angels showcased was taken as an inspiration from Polaris- The North Star, which is remains still in the sky, while the entire Northern Sky moves around it.
A huge 36 feet installation of a snow globe was created right in the center of Cyber Hub. Life size structures of the North Pole like a Santa house, a ferrous wheel, a sleigh, a mailroom amongst others were then placed inside this globe, making Cyber Hub, a must visit place.
At every interval of 60 minutes, a spectacle designed for the theme would ring in.
It started with sounds of ringing bells, to Santa emerging from within the Globe with a bag full of presents.
This was quickly followed with jugglers, stilt walkers, Christmas jingles and a play of lights in the globe, giving the feel of the stars flickering and the North Pole coming alive.
Speaking of the idea behind using this theme, Annushree Agarwal of Theme Weavers International explained, “We wanted to bring alive an unmatched experience, where people feel part of Santa’s life. And what better than to recreate North Pole Inc.!
We added height and motion to our installations such as the gates, and to the ferrous wheel inside the globe making this an unmissable site, hence delivering a path breaking design, yet again.”
The result was a happy client; several uploads on social media, an astounding increase in footfall, and a wider digital impression!
The Design Specialists created experiential décor at the venue, incorporating a massive Snow Globe, Santa, Elves, Angels, Bells etc, to bring alive the real North Pole.
