Maersk Line and Safmarine Fountainhead Entertainment

Global container shipping brand Maersk Line & Safmarine organized a gala dinner for its key partners earlier this month. With nearly 250 attendees, the event was managed by Fountainhead Entertainment at Taj Lands End in Mumbai on Dec. 15.

Commenting on the brief, Rohan Salvi, Vice President - Business Development & Client Servicing (Events), Fountainhead Entertainment said: “Fountainhead was briefed to conceptualize a networking evening for Maersk providing a platform to its key partners for interaction with the key personnel of the brand. We had to provide an experiential experience to the partners.”

Frank Dedenis of Maersk introduced Connexions as the theme for the evening, followed by the award presentations to various consumer segments as per the streamlined categories. Maersk ensured all its valued partners received a token of appreciation through a personalized diary, Maersk brochures along with a table flag in branded bags as giveaways.

A set was developed keeping in mind the business of the brand and a stage with central LED in a shape of a ship was designed with panels of Maersk on either side. A wooden dias with a steering wheel cutout pairing with the set was placed on stage adding to the touch of the set. A chequered backdrop with Maersk branding was placed with a red carpet in the pre-function area which was used for interviews and bytes from the guests.

Attended by nearly 250 partners, the event was executed by Fountainhead at Taj Lands End in Mumbai.
