Showtime manages an in-store activation for Fossil

On Dec. 13-14, Showtime Group executed an in-store activation for Fossil to mark the brand’s 30-year presence in the market and celebrate the launch of its first exclusive store at DLF Promenade in New Delhi.

The activation saw footfalls of over 2000 on each of the two days. Fossil’s tagline ‘Long Live Vintage’ formed the basis of the theme for the activation. Customised invites - genuine leather baggage tags with guests’ names embossed on them - were sent out to the media.

Guests and visitors to the store were treated to Fossil branded cup cakes. Vintage props such as a typewriter, gramophone and Murphy radio set dotted the store to impart a retro look. DJ Saurabh Dhamija belted out retro tracks as guests and shoppers could be seen getting their Fossil-style pictures clicked on a ‘Photo Boxy’ for instant social media updates.

The spot-shoppers were gifted specially embossed limited edition Fossil baggage tags with a choice of any of the five of Fossil’s vintage symbols – Glider, Vintage Car, Parachute, Box Camera and Christmas Tree.

The brand wanted to mark its 30-year presence in the market and celebrate the launch of its first exclusive store at DLF Promenade in New Delhi.
