SBI Life Insurance organizes ‘Sangam 2014’ for 2000 guests

SBI Life Insurance recently held its annual day celebration ‘Sangam 2014 – It’s Electrifying’ at Sahara Star in Mumbai, for 2000 guests including employees and their families.

engage4more won a multi-agency pitch to conceptualize and execute pre-event activities and the main event as well. The agency’s role included RSVP, logistics, venue, talent auditions, artist management, set designing, catering and running of the show.

The pre-event activities were carried out in three branches of SBI Life in Mumbai with activities like vocal training, dance grooming sessions, flash mobs, video shoots, sports, etc. To create the electrifying festive mood, the entire office was decked out as per the theme. All pre-event collaterals such as the posters, danglers, standees, backdrops, entrance arch, teasers and invitations were thematic and designed to build event hype.

The main event witnessed 70 entertainment acts by SBI Life employees, with an AV conceptualized by engage4more to show the journey of all the excitement during pre-event activities, followed by an after-party.
