A new cult has inspired organizations to host theme parties and one such extravagant party was hosted by Fidelity National Financial India in Bangalore. This year, the company celebrated their Annual Day with a Hawaiian theme for which a five day activity was held with the fifth day being the main event. The festivities were planned and executed by Brand Promotions.

The agency was given the task of implementing the theme on all its three day pre event activities as well as on the day of the main event. The pre-event phase saw employees actively participate in scarf painting, pot painting and mocktail making. Besides this, a Hawaiian themed photo booth was kept on the office premises where employees could click selfies.

Brand Promotions took care of the entire look and feel on the day of the event. The setup was designed to match the Hawaiian theme. The entrance consisted of an arch, a stage backdrop, danglers, Reeper standees, reception cutouts, and photo op structures.

As the event began, the 1400 employees present at the venue were given a feel of the exotic islands through different small sections erected at the venue. The party began with an energetic performance of a drum jam session, where even the employees were given a chance to try their hands on djambes.

These performances were followed by an award ceremony to recognize team efforts from previous team building activities, a dance performance by The Oxygen Dance troupe, and a special performance by Shawn & Tanya. The night also witnessed performances by the Fidelity employees and a Fashion Show. This fun and glamorous night came to an end with a live DJ and a gala dinner.

The agency kept the theme going through all five days of festivities with activities and installations.
