Auto Circuit Umbrella Aegis E-Square Eventz and Promos

After a successful debut in Delhi in August, Auto Circuit rolled out its second phase at Select Citywalk in New Delhi from Nov. 20 to 23. A property of Umbrella Aegis and E-Square Eventz & Promos, the exhibition showcased 14 automobile brands, namely Audi, Mercedes, Volvo, Harley Davidson, Indian Motorcycles, Polaris, Skoda, Honda, Toyota, Fiat, Renault, Hyosung, Tata and Autopsyche.

Select Citywalk was selected since it has been awarded ‘Most Admired Shopping Mall’ for the past six years straight. Commenting on the same, Jeet Ahuja, MD, E-Square Eventz & Promos said: "We learned that Auto Circuit at Select Citywalk was a very well planned move - the kind of response that participants of all categories in both luxury and regular brands have received has validated our decision. Auto Circuit will be next big thing to look out for in 2015."

A week prior to the event, a Harley Davidson Street Glide was placed in a box and hidden completely. Each day, a part of bike was revealed to create pre-event buzz for the exhibition.

The exhibition opened with a lamp lighting ceremony where all the custodians of the participating brands and the mall’s team were present. Mall visitors got to see and compare latest offerings from all the participating brands, which got a decent number of queries, leading to sales. The organizers claim that the mall witnessed a footfall of over 500,000 over the period of four days. With its radio campaign and on-air interview on 94.3 FM along with tie ups with AskMe.com, another 2,500,000 people were reached out to, giving participants ample visibility and exposure. Apart from the automobiles on show, there was also a concert by ‘The Rejekts’ on one of the days.

Commenting on the property, Suresh Kumar Kurapaty, Founder, Umbrella Aegis said: “This is the beginning of a very exciting era of Auto Circuit and there will be no holds barred. We not only plan to go to all major cities throughout India, we plan to go beyond and far.”

Speaking about the experience, Aarush Vohra from Autopsyche India said: “It is a great show and the efforts of the organizers are much applauded. It has not only helped me reach out to a number of new customers but also connect to many of the old ones who lost contact. We look forward to a long term participation and association with this property.”

Adding further, Ashish Singh, National Sales Head, Polaris & Indian Motorcycles India, said: “It was a unique mall display for Indian Motorcycles and there will be many more to come. We are glad to be associated with Auto Circuit, it has been great platform for us to reach out to our consumers and create more awareness about our brand.”
