Integreon’s Annual Awards 2014 concluded at Hotel Sahara Star in Mumbai earlier this month. Think Events (TE) was appointed to plan and execute the awards, with the theme of ‘One Integreon’ aimed at capturing the essence and culture of different countries including India showcasing the ‘Colours of Integreon’ in all its beauty.

TE provided an end-to-end solution for this event from conceptualising the theme to webcasting the event live to all the global offices of Integreon. To generate the desired pre-event buzz amongst the employees, TE designed a series of e-mailers and various branding elements for the Integreon office.

The employees were set off on an experiential journey with their ‘boarding pass’ invites. As the guests entered the venue, they witnessed customised counters resembling that of an airport with hostesses dressed as ground staff guiding them through the registration process. A massive traditional floral rangoli laid out the carpet for a true Indian welcome for the global employees of Integreon. The vibrant stage had a backdrop with monuments of the world representing the presence of Integreon in those cities.

An integral part of the show-flow was ‘Integreon’s Got Talent’, a platform for the employees of Integreon from across the globe to showcase their hidden talents. Eight shortlisted employees from various parts of the world were flown in for the finale. The performances varied from a mesmerising singer of US to the dark contemporary dance act by an employee of the Philippines office. The evening saw an enthusiastic audience which not only cheered the awardees and performers but also enjoyed the fun-filled employee videos put together by them.
