Bain and Company celebrate ten years in India

Bain and Company, one of the Big Three management consulting firms across the world, celebrated 10 years of its presence in India on November 8 with a grand bash. The bash was held at The Leela Kempinski Gurgaon with more than 200 employees in attendance. CRI Events was asked conceptualise and execute it right from beginning to end.
The brief given to CRI events by Bain and Company was that they needed to celebrate their first decade in Indian market and also wants to have an after party where their employees can fun and can party hard.
So, the set up had a thematic appearance revolving around the number 10 and the company color scheme was taken into consideration. The stage had a black backdrop with red color metal structure complimenting the raw look. The collage wall had the company pictures from the past and a photo opportunity and the entrance was made thematically in the shape of 10. The registration desk had a larger-than-life red rose arrangement. The round tables had flower arrangement with candles.
The event started with a Delhi based band called The Sing, which played some great retro numbers. This was followed by an audio visual presentation where all the employees and their families were showcased and appreciated. The crowd then moved to the night club, Orbis, located within The Leela, for the after party.
Talking about the event Dhruv Arora, Manager Client Servicing Cri events said, “It was the first time we were working with Bain and was a great pleasure being associated with a brand like Bain and company. We look forward for a long term association with them in their future endeavours too.”
Appreciating CRI efforts, Simran Nanda from Bain and Company said, “I want to say a big thank you for helping us put together a great party! We received lots of appreciation regarding the décor! A special thanks to CRI team for making sure everything ran smoothly on the day of the party!”
The event was executed by CRI Events and had a thematic decor woven around the number 10.
