Shaan sings at the CA ITC Tech Innovation Summit

The CA India Technology Centre (ITC) Tech Innovation Summit was a three-day summit held from Oct. 9 to 11 in Hyderabad across two venues: The Trident and CA ITC Centre. The summit saw customers from across the country join CA Technologies in a variety of business sessions that charted the course of IT.

The first day saw the customers exploring the centre, said to be one of the biggest R&D centres in the country, through a ‘Tech Treasure Hunt’ that was played using GPS enabled tablets. This was followed by an interactive session with Dr. Shourie who spoke on topics ranging from politics to Punjabis; after which, the delegates let their inner voices take over, as they sang their way into the night while playing ‘Funtakshri’.

The second day was filled with informative talks as part of the main conference session, and an elaborate demo pod set up through which CA showcased its latest software solutions to its customers. The gala night had all the guests dressed as rockstars - in metal and leather - as they walked the ramp.

Singer Shaan was roped in to get everyone up on their feet with his performance. Apart from his performance, there was also a special act by UK based IPAD magician Matthew. As a culmination to the two days of experiences, all the delegates took back a little bit of Hyderabad with them, in the form of a box of Paradise Hyderabadi Biriyani.

While both the days saw interesting sessions by CA speakers, we peppered the evenings with thematic interactive sessions. The guests much appreciated the entire agenda, and left great feedback! Despite the challenges of working in a high security zone such as the R&D centre, the entire event left everyone on both sides with great memories.”
