On September 11, Prasang Events & Entertainment managed and executed the ring ceremony of Ahmedabad based client at The Leela Palace, Udaipur.

Over 200 guests flew into Udaipur from Ahmedabad and other parts of the country. The agency had created car hampers for all the guests.

In the afternoon, a pool party was organized at Guava Garden, a venue at the hotel, set on the banks of Lake Pichola with fairytale setting under the canopy of a Guava orchid. Ahmedabad based DJ Taral kept the guests dancing to popular number. The soiree also saw energetic performances by well known Mumbai based dancer Harish.

The ring ceremony took place the same evening at Sheesh Mahal, an outdoor lake facing venue at the hotel. The tiffany themed décor predominantly included the aquamarine blue colour associated with Tiffany & Co. Explaining the choice of concept, Purva Patel, Director, Prasang Events & Entertainment said, “Tiffany & Co is synonymous to solitaire engagement rings as the company specializes in manufacturing them. For that reason, we felt it was an apt theme for an engagement ceremony.”

Centrepieces with long blue feathers looked exotic on round tables at the venue. The backdrop of the stage was made of blue mosaic work adding a bit of bling to the setup. The engagement was followed by cocktails and dinner. Popular singer Rahul Vaidya was roped in for the evening’s entertainment. Catering was amongst the hotel’s responsibilities, as part of which an exquisite aquamarine cake was designed, much in tandem with the theme.
