Landmark, India's leading book and music retailer, will host a discussion on how music and writing inspire each other with celebrated author and the man who penned down the awe inspiring novel "The Immortals of Meluha" and Taufiq Qureshi, renowned percussionist and music director, son of Ustad Allah Rakha on 13th May @ 6.30 pm.

Taufiq Qureshi will talk about how the book inspired him to create the music he did for the famous trailer of the book and his understanding of the legend of Shiva. Amish Tripathi will share with the audience how music boosted his creative flow and the kind of music that would inspire his writing.

"The Immortals of Meluha" is the story of Shiva, the simple man, whose Karma recast him as our Mahadev. The God of Gods. In "The Immortals of Meluha" mythology has been fictionalised to tell the story of an ordinary man whom legend turned into a God. The story is set in 1900 BC, in a land called Meluha, also mistakenly known as the Indus Valley Civilisation by modern Indians. "The Immortals of Meluha" is the first in a trilogy on Shiva.
