Hotel and Restaurant Association of Western India Regional convention

TSA Promotions and Events managed the 16th Regional Convention of the Hotel and Restaurant Association of Western India (HRAWI) at the Lavassa International Convention Centre. The two day event on sustainable development was held on April 8 and 9.
The business sessions focused on the dynamics of the hospitality industry of both hotels and restaurants. Sustainable Development, Effective F&B Operations, Room Revenue Management, Internet Marketing and Social Media, and Structuring Beverage Operations were some of the topics discussed.
Commenting on the execution, Hardik Shah, Asst Manager Client Servicing, TSA Promotions and Events said, "We fashioned a green stage that was in keeping with the theme of sustainable development. As hoteliers from across the western region were attending the meet, we created audio visuals on the works of the various tourism bodies of the regions involved."
The convention saw seven panel discussions and an open forum. In addition, there was an inaugural patriotic dance performance on the first day and a live band performing on the second.
