Commenting on their association with INIFD, Seemi Ansari, Brand Manager, Fusion Events said: "We have been managing the INIFD Fashion Show for the past 10 years and henc,e we were called again for this year to manage the event. For setting up the ramp in an auditorium, one has to pay a lot of attention to set up positioning, height and layout of the stage. Hence, in consultation with Achala Sachdev, who was the choreographer, a special set up was made with a lot of technical detailing. The event turned out to be a bigger success than all its predecessors, with astounding response from the crowd and media."
Speaking about the initiative, Pramod Lokhande, Director, INIFD said: "The idea behind doing this fashion show is to give our students an opportunity to showcase their creativity. This show was targeted towards the media. We engaged nearly 55 to 60 media people through the show. Fusion Events has been associated with us for a long time. With regards to DHL, we have given it recognition by announcing its name in the fashion show."
Talking about supporting INIFD, Santosh Singh, Chairman, DHL Infra Bulls said: "Our reason behind supporting this initiative, apart from the corporate branding which we get, is that we indulge in a lot of CSR activities. Indore comes as a B category city and we would like to make the most of our exposure there. As a part of our CSR activities, we are open to supporting other initiatives also."
The theme of the event, choreographed by Achala Sachdev, was India Incredible.
