Everything Goes! executes Adventure Island at Runwal Group malls

Coinciding with the summer holidays, Everything Goes! Communications has created a themed event at all four Runwal Group malls in Mumbai titled ‘Adventure Island'. This month-long event, taking place from April 27 to May 27, features games that kids and their parents can participate in, and also serves as aplatform to showcase their talent. Adventure Island is being simultaneously executed at R-City Mall in Ghatkopar West, R Mall in Mulund West, R Mall in Thane, and R Odeon Mall in Ghatkopar East.


Adventure Island uses different kinds of prop-based fun and competitive games to keep the kids engaged. Every participant has to pass three levels of activities, which involves games as well as showcase their dancing, singing, acting, or any other talent. The participants have to accumulate points to qualify for the fourth stage of ‘Unravelling the Treasure'. Every child who participates in the contest is given an ‘Adventure Island Booklet' to record all the activities and the points collected, which has to be stamped for each activity, along with a badge. Given the theme of adventure at sea, mall visitors will run into costumed characters like Christopher Columbus and the Vikings, and may even witness a mock duel between the pirates and guards. The focal point of the event at R-City Mall will be a giant ship anchored in the atrium, while 2D models of the same ship will serve as the stage backdrops at both R Mall Mulund and Thane.


Commenting on the event, Vjay Dewan, Chief Creative Guardian, Everything Goes! Communications said: "We are very excited to be associated with the Runwal Group, which runs R-City, the largest and one of the finest malls in Mumbai apart from other key shopping centres in suburban Mumbai and Thane. Our objective was to create a unique experience for kids, which allows them to let their hair down and enjoy their summer holidays, while parents could spend some quality time shopping in the mall. We wanted the activity to be engaging and something which the kids can look forward to throughout their holidays. Hence, the idea of ‘Adventure Island', where we conduct activities that acknowledges kids' with all-round abilities. The competition imparts knowledge while providing entertainment for the kids."

In addition to the activities, the event will also host workshops such as Fruit & Vegetable Carving, Coconut Art, Mask Making, Kid's Kitchen Workshop, and using Waste to Create Artworks.


The month-long event is being executed simultaneously at all four Runwal Group malls in Mumbai.
